"I’ve been working with Ashley for several years now, and it had been nothing but a positive experience. I come to her with a complicated history of eating disorder management and elite sport pursuit, and she has helped me effectively navigate my challenges to achieve international results and excellence in my training and approach to sport. Perhaps more miraculously, she’s done this in a way that’s encouraged me to be a healthy and whole person.

Ashley is extremely skilled at supporting the development of of high-performance athletes in a healthy, stress-free way. Working with Ashley has left me empowered in my nutrition choices, both on the bike and off. She has been a big part of my career thus far, and there is no one I would trust more to advise me on nutrition and diet for performance, health, and happiness."
