The Armstrong Approach

My goal is to empower both development and elite athletes with their nutrition and food choices that support performance and competition goals, as well as their overall health and well-being.

I aspire to help clients as a whole person, not just as an athlete, supporting them in choosing and preparing meals and snacks that not only optimally fuel the body and brain, but also bring joy. I believe that food is more than just carbs, protein and fat, and encourages athletes to not label, restrict or limit, but embrace, savor, and celebrate!
